Greenhouse S2 comprising growing chambers adapted to plants
Peptide Chemistry Platformdedicated to chemical synthesis, analysis and purification of peptides. It is equipped with a Liberty Blue 2.0 CEM microwave synthesiser and several chromatography chains.
Bioanalysis platform comprising numerous pieces of equipment for performing spectroscopic and nanometric measurements and studying molecular interactions. Spectroscopic measurments are performed using 2-UV-VIS spectrometers (Cary 60-Agilent®), (Specord 205-Analytical Jena®), 3-fluorescence spectrometers (Fluorolog-Horriba®), (Cary Eclipse-Varian®), (Fluorescence Polarisation Plate Reader-BMG®), impedance spectroscopy (Autolab ®). Nanometric measurements are performed using a Zetasizer Nano ZS (Malvern®), Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (Malvern ®). Molecular interactions are studied using 3-Surface plasmon Surface (BIAcore T100-General Electric ®), (SPR Bionavis 210-A ®), (SPR Kretschmann- MPI Polymer Res ®), 2-Quartz microbalance (QCM-D-Q-Sense®), and an ITC nano-calorimeter (TA instruments ®).
Bioinformatics platform comprising three Dell Precision 7920 workstations, each equipped with an Intel Xeon Silver (4114 or 4214) and an Nvidia GPU (GTX 1080 Ti, RTX 2080 Ti, RTX 3080), with a NAS server available for data storage. We also have access to the MatriCS platformThis allows us to work on membrane dynamics, membrane/molecule and molecule/molecule interactions for interaction analysis and prediction.
Food Science Platform : This platform is dedicated to knowledge sharing and collaboration between academia and industry. Our research on nutritional biochemistry and natural compounds is leveraged and made accessible through the development and implementation of innovative functional food products.
NMR and Raman platform
L’The analysis of (bio)molecular structures is performed using a J-1500-150ST CD Spectrometer circular dichroism instrument, shared by Jasco France SAS.
